In this role, Gregory will oversee the firm’s legal and regulatory functions and play a senior leadership role in shaping its investment execution and cross-border structuring activities.

    Gregory brings more than 23 years of international legal experience, having served as a senior partner at leading global law firms including Clifford Chance, Norton Rose Fulbright, and Bird & Bird. His background includes advising on sovereign transactions, Islamic finance, cross-border capital markets, and complex commercial structuring across the Middle East, Europe, and Asia.
